- Built in 2003 as a Sawdust Screen - 40 units/hour - Screen size 7' x 14' - Currently a single deck configuration - Top deck is a 9/16" diameter ball deck - Second deck is a solid pan - Infeed landing, 30" long - Eccentric weight drive system including maintenance-free bearing, sheaves, belt and guard - 7.5 HP motor, 1800 RPM, TEFC, 230/460V - Hollow structural steel support stand - Discharge chutes - Overall dimensions - 19'- 6" L x 10'-0" W x 6'-6"H (with bottom discharge chute removed) - Ready to load on truck NOTE: This screen can be modified to screen chips by replacing the top ball deck with and overs screen, installing a fines screen c/w support spacers and modify to allow fines to discharge.
