West Salem Machinery Reconditioned Hog - 48 x 60 - Model 4860BP - Swing hammer hog - Constructed using heavy steel frame, alloy steel swing hammers with reversible/replaceable tips (18 @ 115# each - 4 rows of hammers), replaceable liners drilled and tapped for mounting from outside the frame with cap screws, replaceable abrasion resistant screen plates, integral metal trap, spherical roller bearings in cast steel pillow block housings, and removable bearing support blocks. Includes pivoting case section for maintenance access with dual hydraulic cylinders and 3 HP HPU - Used rigid hammers - to be provided in place of swing hammers - Used belt drive assembly (500 HP) - includes drive and driven sheaves, belts, bushings, and belt guard - Used drive base with structural steel support legs - for common mounting of hog and drive motor - Used hog drive motor - 500 HP, 1200 RPM, 460 volt, 3 PH, 60 hertz, TEFC enclosure - Used hog infeed chute - constructed of 3/8" and 1/2" thick steel plate. Includes hinged inspection door, mounting flange and rubber dust curtain. Overall height is 11'. - Used belt discharge conveyor - toughing roll style belt conveyor - 48" wide x approx. 30' long. Includes 5 HP gear reducer drive with TEFC motor
