Complete Wood Pellet Plant - Note: two (2) only 500 HP Bliss Pellet mills available. Plant can handle 12 tons per hour with additional pellet mill(s). - 5 to 8 tons per hour - Started operation late 2010 and shut down early 2015 for lack of fiber - Rated to produce 30,000 tons/year - No dryer - Estimated $40,000 USD to dismantle Partial listing of equipment - Log deck - 70" chipper, three blades disk type with bottom discharge. Reconditioned with 300 HP heavy-duty motor with less than 500 hours. Lots of spare blades - Belt live bed - 20" top screw for distribution of chips with hydraulic pump - 300 HP Bliss hammer mill. Hammers replaced four (4) months before shut down. Can produce up to 10 tons/hour of 1/4" minus chips. Spare screens - Hammer mill cyclone with explosion top with piping - Fine dust cyclone - Top and bottom screw 1/4 chip bin - Top and bottom screw 1/4 chip bin - Top and bottom screw 1/4 chip bin - Refiner used for partial drying of very wet wood - Twin screw metering bin stainless steel - 500 HP Bliss pellet mill. This unit was reconditioned in 2009 and in 2015 with new main shaft, bearings, new main rings. Manufactured and assembled by Bliss. Two (2) new matching heavy duty 250 HP motors were installed also with only 200 hours of use since - Crumbler - Counter overflow cooler 5 tons with cyclone and fan - Screeners (2) - (Rotex & CME) - Recycle bin (18 tons) - Pellet finishing bin (18 tons) - Auto Bagger (it is similar to Rethceif Model VFF-5020). Bags up to 10 tons/hour. The auto bagger is fully computerized.
