- Accumulation decks in front of unscrambler c/w drives - Unscrambler - Ending rolls c/w staging deck - Lug loader - Scanner transfer c/w Softac scanner and computer hardware & software that is on site with the system - QM trimmer - Outfeed deck - 90 degree turn - Infeed into sorter - 54 bin sorter (Woodpro design) (everything is bolted together) - Bin take away chains to stacker - Newnes stacker c/w stick placer - Sorter building - Sprinklers - Two (2) MCC's and HPU's associated with the sorter system - Belt conveyor located outside of building
